Pamper day was an amazing experience dedicated to our wonderful residents of Haling Park. The hair & beauty salon was beautifully decorated with flowers and our sensory room was set up with ambient lighting, calming music and an oil diffuser to allow residents to truly unwind.
Our gloriously stocked nail station was busy throughout the day as the team gave manicures using the high-quality polishes on offer.
Residents were presented with a variety of new hairdos styled in our fully equipped hair salon and other treatments on offer including face and eye masks, and hand or foot massages all accompanied by sweet treats, teas and coffees, or a glass of bubbly from our café bar.
Our activities team wanted to ensure all residents felt their best and facilitated the pamper experience further by visiting individual residents in their rooms as well as taking them to the sensory room to enjoy a quiet soothing time.
We are delighted to host special days like this for our residents as we believe it's important to help them be confident in themselves, and simply getting your hair refreshed or nails painted can make all the difference to one's self-esteem.
It was clear to see that our residents had a wonderful time chatting with staff whilst receiving a luxury treatment and they left the salon feeling revitalised. We look forward to doing another pamper day soon.
