Residents Enjoy a Hands-On Reptile Encounter with ZooLab at Haling Park

Residents at Haling Park were treated to a fascinating afternoon when ZooLab brought along some of their amazing reptiles for a hands-on experience. The visit sparked curiosity and plenty of smiles, as the residents had the chance to see, learn about, and even touch a variety of unusual creatures up close.
The session introduced residents to snakes, lizards, and other interesting reptiles, each with its own unique features and story. For many, it was a chance to encounter animals they may never have been so close to before. Some residents were eager to stroke and hold the reptiles, enjoying the novelty of feeling the smooth scales or watching how the animals moved. Others preferred to simply watch and admire from a distance, which was just as engaging.
The ZooLab team provided fun facts and gentle encouragement, making the visit both educational and entertaining. Residents commented on meeting the animals, saying it brought back fond childhood memories of pets or visits to the zoo.
